| 1. Spread the anti creeper and support near the installation or replacement position. 2. Remove the track bed where the anti climbing device and supporting wood (stone) are installed, and the sleeper installed with support shall be square when there is deflection. 3. First install the bearing wood pad, then hang the anti climbing device against the support wood pad on the rail bottom, and install the pin. 4. Tap the anti creeper and pin with a hammer until they are tight. 5. Draw a support position line of 400mm at the edge of gauge (not marked when installed at the rail bottom). Accurately measure the length of two gauge sleeper edge distance and supporting wood (stone), and firmly install the support under the condition of keeping the sleeper position correct. 6. Backfill and level the removed track bed
