As for the concrete beam, the embedded holes must be reserved in advance when the beam is built. These holes are used when the fixed parts of the device are threaded. Of course, the bolts can also be directly embedded when the beam is made.

The depth of the hole must be deep enough to facilitate the later adjustment in the horizontal direction. The raw materials of track pressing plate are different in rigidity, which can be set into single hole and double hole according to the stress condition on site. There are many ways to connect them. It should be noted that the fixed parts can be installed in the same way only when there is welding between the steel base plate and the track, so there are certain limitations. However, the solid performance of welding is better. As long as the anti rust measures are in place at ordinary times, it can ensure long-term use of welding, and will not loose or fall off.
There are also certain requirements for the track beam when installing the track pressing plate. The distance between the horizontal and vertical reserved bolt holes needs to be more than 5mm to facilitate the later fixed parts according to the regulations; the diameter of the screw hole also needs to be larger than the actual diameter of the bolt, generally 3 mm can be used, which is not likely to block and other reasons to cause the failure of the device.
