| Track pressing plate is a part used to combine rail and sleeper (or other types of rail foundation) on the track, also known as central joint part. The effect is to fix the rail on the sleeper, and the track pressing plate manufacturer insists on the gauge and prevents the rail from moving in the vertical and horizontal direction relative to the sleeper. Railway rail fastener system is divided into: spring fastener system, gusset plate fastener system and spring fastener system. The gusset plate fastener is composed of gusset plate, threaded spike, spring washer, iron seat and cushion pad. The threaded spike is anchored in the reserved hole of the concrete sleeper bearing platform with sulfur cement mortar, and then the gusset plate is fastened with bolts. The elastic strip type III is non shoulder fastener, which is suitable for heavy traffic volume and high-density transportation conditions. It has the advantages of high buckle pressure and good elasticity. In particular, it cancels the concrete shoulder and eliminates the possibility of transverse displacement of rail bottom under the effect of transverse force. |
